Executive Insight Session

Duration: 40–60 minutes (online or in-person briefing)

Purpose

To give senior commercial leaders a fast, practical understanding of how AI can immediately strengthen negotiation preparation, power perception, and option generation — while revealing the capability gaps that must be addressed for their teams to stay competitive.

Structure & Philosophy

This is an insight-rich, highly interactive briefing that blends short provocations, simple practical demonstrations, and a brief AI-readiness reflection. The session gives participants a few tangible techniques they can test immediately, without revealing full frameworks or methodologies. The philosophy is clear: negotiation remains human, but the way we prepare and think is evolving rapidly with intelligent tools.

Outcomes
  • Clear, executive-level awareness of AI’s real impact on negotiation capability.

  • A couple of practical techniques leaders can share with their teams immediately.

  • Early insight into the team’s level of AI readiness.

  • A sharper understanding of where their current capability model may need to evolve as AI tools become part of daily commercial work.

AI-Augmented Negotiation Workshop

Duration: 1 day (in-person or virtual)

Purpose

To give commercial teams a practical understanding of how AI can enhance their negotiation capability — from preparation to scenario planning and strategic framing — without replacing the human factors that drive influence and trust.

Objectives
  • Reveal how AI reshapes negotiation power, preparation, and creativity.

  • Demonstrate real AI use cases in commercial negotiations.

  • Develop participants’ ability to integrate data-driven insights with behavioural strategy.

  • Build awareness of ethical and strategic limits of AI support.

Structure & Philosophy

The workshop blends live AI demonstrations with high-level negotiation exercises.
Participants experience both perspectives — human and AI-augmented — and learn how to use intelligent tools to improve analysis, framing, and decision-making while keeping human judgement at the centre.
The design follows the philosophy: technology should amplify human capability, not replace it.

Outcomes
  • Clear understanding of where and how AI adds value in negotiation.

  • A repeatable model for AI-assisted preparation and framing.

  • Team readiness to pilot AI tools safely within existing negotiation workflows.

  • New shared language around “AI readiness” in negotiation strategy.

Negotiation remains the core of commercial capability — a discipline where human judgment meets intelligent insight. It’s practical, empowering, and, perhaps for the first time in three thousand years, evolving rapidly. Mastering it today means learning to work with technology, not against it — turning data, empathy, and strategy into lasting advantage.
